Easy Coconut Chia Popsicles

Looking for a healthy and delicious way to beat the heat this summer!? Look no further than these deliciously easy, sweet and most importantly cool popsicle treats! These are made with real fruit, nutritional chia seeds and sweet coconut milk. Best of all they can be easily catered to your liking. Adding bananas to this was probably my favourite part. They are so delicious frozen and add the perfect sweetness.

Here’s what you will need:

1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
1/4 cup of chia seeds
Fruit of choice

  1. Mix the coconut milk and chia seeds in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Slice up your banana
  3. Take a popsicle mould and put in your berries and banana slices
  4. Pour in coconut milk and chia mixture and fill to the top
  5. Freeze for 5 hours

These were delicious and Isla loved them. Super easy to make with your little ones and even easier to enjoy afterwards!
